The information we provide to clients

To comply with the above we provide the following information

1.  High Mill Pool -   The Pool Manager

2.  Contract – we hold the information as part of the procedure of agreeing a contract with the client

3.  We only obtain data from the client concerned

4.  We do not share the data with anyone

5.  We keep the records indefinitely (unless asked not to do so by the client) as the client may wish to re-book at any time in the future

6.  Clients can email or write to us to obtain a copy of the information we hold about them
